Yes, this is a fantastic company and my experience with them was particularly exceptional.

Chris, an owner, is who you will likely meet first, scoping the job and providing a fair quote and detailed recommendations I felt were honest. My mother is low-income so Lila spent an entire year qualifying her for a special program, didn’t forget us, and alerted us when she was finally accepted. Ivan, another owner, ran the installation team with two very professional gents, Jairo and Rafael. Every time they came in and out of the house they put on shoe covers and were all very patient with questions. They were flexible with moving trucks and were legitimately friendly and kind every moment. Very professional.

The base Mitsubishi unit they recommended is stunning. We are now sitting in a warm home that hasn’t felt true heat in years and are forever grateful.

I have worked with numerous HVAC companies over the years and this one has been my favorite. They are not overpriced nor are they going to be the lowest bid, but if theirs comes in for you at a reasonable price you’d be a fool to not choose them.

Called due to old furnace giving out, very cold weather, and seeking a quick warm replacement even tho holidays coming up. I will add another 5-star review. We had a system of Mitsubishi mini-splits installed in 6 rooms of our house. Every step of the process was so well done I could not think of anything that could have been done better. Chris, Ivan, Lila and the installers were efficient, thorough, pleasant and responsive throughout the designing, installing, cleanup and follow up. If I had a question or request, I got an answer or a solution by the next day or sooner. And Lila provided everything I needed to get the Sonoma Clean Power rebate quickly. I could not be more pleased, and I have recommended them to my friends.

Chris came to our house to evaluate the best way to repair our HVAC system in a very problematic house. I had a fantastic experience with Paul from North HVAC Services. From start to finish, Paul was incredibly friendly and professional. He efficiently diagnosed and clearly explained what caused my AC unit to stop functioning and provided a game plan of how to get my AC unit back up and running. What stood out to me was how meticulous Paul was. He double-checked everything on the AC unit, ensured that none of the internal AC electrical wires were binding, strained or near a sharp edges. His attention to detail is bar none. Afterwards, he cleaned up after the repair, checked my furnace filter, and ensured that my AC was running optimally. It's rare to find a service that combines technical skills with such great customer care. Without reservation, I would not hesitate to call or recommend North HVAC Services. They answered and returned my call promptly, and Paul was great!

Everything was great, from getting estimate to the installation. Everyone was so nice, professional, and helpful. We had a permit issue, which was totally our fault, and Lila was able to get it resolved quickly. The installation was smooth, and the installers were respectful of our home. Great communication as well. And best of all, we have a great new furnace which is working perfectly. I'm so pleased.

North HVAC installed three Mitsubishi split heating and air conditioning units in the upstairs room in my home. The price was competitive and the service was awesome. The work was done timely and professionally. There was one issue that came up and how it was resolved is why I highly recommend North HVAC. During the installation a power line in the garage ceiling was shorted out and I lost power to certain areas of my kitchen. The short was caused not by North HVAC but due to the power line not being properly installed before I purchased my home. North HVAC responded immediately and spent an entire day diagnosing and fixing the issue at no additional cost to me. I am grateful for their exemplary service. They stand behind everything they do.

This company is great. We had received a quote for Semi-Rigid Ducting installation from another company that was simply unacceptably high and which charged us $85.00 for an estimate. By chance we ran across the guys form North HVAC with their truck that said "free estimates". They very efficiently assessed our Ducting condition and gave us a far more reasonable quote that the "other guys". They were able to schedule the work in a very short time. The crew is very professional, have a lot of attention to details and all are clearly well experienced. The Heating system was working the best it ever has after the work was complete. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

My experience with North HVAC was great. I got a quick response on inquiry to schedule an air conditioning maintenance. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Routine servicing is great, and the costs to replace/repair are very reasonable compared to others I have spoken to.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service/repair.

Spoke with Leela to schedule a visit and she pretty much diagnosed the problem and sent Paul with appropriate parts. Paul was VERY knowledgeable and fixed it in a few minutes. Price was great and the initial service fee is way under the competition. I highly recommend these folks! They have their act together! We’re going to ask them to bid on installing a heat pump system for us.

I can't describe how happy I am with North HVAC Services. This is the trustworthy service that every customer expects. They offer the most honest service compared to many other companies that come to your home looking for sales opportunities. North HVAC Services Inc. not only tested the appliances and equipment, but also repaired the surface lines cut by a technician from a previous company, and charged me only for the tests they had promised, and taught me how to coordinate control of the three thermostats installed in the three-story house. If I have any problems with my equipment in the future, I will definitely call them first!

We cannot say enough about how great North HVAC Services is! We replaced our very old furnace and air-conditioning units with a Mitsubishi state of the art Heat Pump, including all new ductwork. This is a family owned business (another plus) and Chris was extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions with patience. His wife, Lila, manages the office and was expert at getting us the best rebates possible. Ian, and his crew, are highly skilled technicians who did the job in 3 days. Ian, especially, was a great foreman and explained in detail what was being done each day. We could not have asked for a better team for the installation. Finally, we highly recommend the Mitsubishi Heat Pump. Running on electricity rather than gas, it's very efficient and will save a lot on gas bills. This is a wonderful company and we're very confident you will be equally pleased with their work!

Update—They did a great job on our new furnace- Very careful to install the new ducts and figure out a solution for a zoned heating system. They were pleasant to have around and very respectful.

Previous-Chris came to our house to give us a bid for a new zoned gas furnace. He really listened to what I wanted and spent time walking around the house and underneath the house assessing our needs. We appreciate the time and thought he put it into our bid -and are confident that they would do a good job.

North HVAC stands out among others HVAC contractors that I considered because of their professionalism, excellent communication, and responsiveness. From the initial visit where Chris patiently answered all my questions to the careful planning of the project to the installation to the clean up afterwards, I couldn't be happier with their work. They took care of the permitting process and Lila was so helpful that she found rebates that I was eligible for and provided me with the paperwork and walked me through the forms.
The heat pump itself is great, whisper quiet, uses very little electricity, and now I have air conditioning when it's hot and/or smoky outside. If your old gas furnace is on its last legs as mine was, you should strongly consider a heat pump and North HVAC to install it!

The whole experience from start to finish was awesome! The owner, Chris, came out for the estimate and talked about things that other companies did not even mention. Once we decided to use North HVAC, Chris came back out with his project manager, Ivan, and went over things again to make sure we were all on the same page. Once the project started, Ivan came out with his team, Carlos and Pedro, and installed two mini splits along with a new central furnace and AC unit. They were incredibly polite, professional and hard working. They covered the floors and furniture to prevent any dirt or damage from occurring.

Ivan was extremely helpful in explaining everything that they were doing and providing solutions to small issues that came up during the install. He was super patient with all of our questions and concerns about the install. Their work was extremely detailed which is hard to find these days. Paul came out to finish the thermostat install and he was also very polite and knowledgeable. Lila, who scheduled everything, was very accommodating and such a nice person to talk with.

The entire project was so pleasant that we would give it 10 stars if we could! North HVAC Services was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, but definitely worth every penny! Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
