Yes, this is a fantastic company and my experience with them was particularly exceptional.

Chris, an owner, is who you will likely meet first, scoping the job and providing a fair quote and detailed recommendations I felt were honest. My mother is low-income so Lila spent an entire year qualifying her for a special program, didn’t forget us, and alerted us when she was finally accepted. Ivan, another owner, ran the installation team with two very professional gents, Jairo and Rafael. Every time they came in and out of the house they put on shoe covers and were all very patient with questions. They were flexible with moving trucks and were legitimately friendly and kind every moment. Very professional.

The base Mitsubishi unit they recommended is stunning. We are now sitting in a warm home that hasn’t felt true heat in years and are forever grateful.

I have worked with numerous HVAC companies over the years and this one has been my favorite. They are not overpriced nor are they going to be the lowest bid, but if theirs comes in for you at a reasonable price you’d be a fool to not choose them.

He efficiently diagnosed and clearly explained what caused my AC unit to stop functioning and provided a game plan of how to get my AC unit back up and running. The work was done timely and professionally. There was one issue that came up and how it was resolved is why I highly recommend North HVAC. During the installation a power line in the garage ceiling was shorted out and I lost power to certain areas of my kitchen. The short was caused not by North HVAC but due to the power line not being properly installed before I purchased my home. This company is great. We had received a quote for Semi-Rigid Ducting installation from another company that was simply unacceptably high and which charged us $85.00 for an estimate. By chance we ran across the guys form North HVAC with their truck that said "free estimates". They very efficiently assessed our Ducting condition and gave us a far more reasonable quote that the "other guys". They were able to schedule the work in a very short time. This is a family owned business (another plus) and Chris was extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions with patience. His wife, Lila, manages the office and was expert at getting us the best rebates possible. Ian, and his crew, are highly skilled technicians who did the job in 3 days. From the initial visit where Chris patiently answered all my questions to the careful planning of the project to the installation to the clean up afterwards, I couldn't be happier with their work. They took care of the permitting process and Lila was so helpful that she found rebates that I was eligible for and provided me with the paperwork and walked me through the forms.
The heat pump itself is great, whisper quiet, uses very little electricity, and now I have air conditioning when it's hot and/or smoky outside. If your old gas furnace is on its last legs as mine was, you should strongly consider a heat pump and North HVAC to install it!

Once we decided to use North HVAC, Chris came back out with his project manager, Ivan, and went over things again to make sure we were all on the same page. Once the project started, Ivan came out with his team, Carlos and Pedro, and installed two mini splits along with a new central furnace and AC unit. They were incredibly polite, professional and hard working. They covered the floors and furniture to prevent any dirt or damage from occurring.

Ivan was extremely helpful in explaining everything that they were doing and providing solutions to small issues that came up during the install. He was super patient with all of our questions and concerns about the install. Their work was extremely detailed which is hard to find these days. Paul came out to finish the thermostat install and he was also very polite and knowledgeable. Lila, who scheduled everything, was very accommodating and such a nice person to talk with.

The entire project was so pleasant that we would give it 10 stars if we could! North HVAC Services was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, but definitely worth every penny! Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
